This is phenomenal software with immense value that exceeds the cost. The jovial culture instilled from the CEO on down to the staff is infectious. I bought the yearly plan, I wish I signed up sooner. There are daily interactive support calls live where any and all questions get answered. Mark gives us great marketing insight. I was sold with the client nurturing campaign included & responsive support.

The system does what it should and is well thought out. The customer service support for users is phenomenal and relates not only to the system but to the business as well.
